Michigan Tech Open House Showcase Fall 2019

The Michigan Tech Open House Showcase is the large information and resource fair in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that provides prospective students and their families with the opportunity to explore a variety of departments and make a personal connection with faculty, staff, and students. 3 volunteers from the SnP lab were involved in this year’s event: Niusen Chen (PhD student), Jon Preuth (MS student), Alex Larkin (CS Undergraduate). The volunteers showed different demos on the on-going or past security and privacy projects of SnP lab, delivering cybersecurity knowledge to both students and parents, including flash memory security, spam detection.
